This project envisions an urban eco-village that seamlessly
integrates commercial spaces and residential living.
The design employs a retrofitting an existing industrial structure located in Jaffa, Israel, while incorporating innovative ecological mechanisms.

The concept is anchored in three core principles:
Water, Vegetation, and Energy, transforming the space into a utopian ecological system that responds sensitively to the needs of its inhabitants.
This fusion of sustainable strategies and adaptive reuse reflects a commitment to environmental harmony and urban resilience.

Vegetation covered rooftop, and solar panels deflect sunlight.
Vertical Agriculture:
Climbing plants on the facades cool and purify the air.
Hydroponic farming in a rooftop-greenhouses fosters a self-sustained community.
